Gary’s background began in Maryland, where he sold homes for both local and national builders. In 2009, while helping his own parents search for their retirement home in Delaware, a local builder quickly recognized Gary’s sharp eye for quality, structural knowledge, and attention to detail. He was offered a position on the spot — a turning point that led him to relocate and build his career in coastal Delaware.

He quickly became one of the top-selling agents for that builder, earning the trust of countless buyers who valued his honesty, patience, and ability to truly listen. Many clients shared that they wanted to continue working with him even when a particular community wasn’t the right fit. That desire to serve more people led Gary to expand into the resale market, where he now helps clients buy and sell both existing homes and new construction throughout Delaware.
